Ruby Abramson (she/her)
Studying and creating as a settler of European descent in the occupied territories of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and the Wendat Nations.
I had the opportunity to contribute to this research while participating in a co-op program at my school, where I actively sought out opportunities to engage with this critical area of study.
Through my work, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of women's health and research that centers women's bodies. In 2025, I begin my post-secondary studies in Biological and Pharmaceutical Chemistry in hopes of developing equitable and innovative healthcare solutions. As I continue my education and career, I am committed to advancing research that has women at the forefront of the conversation. Outside of academia, I spend my time playing the violin, participating in theatre, and enjoying reality TV.
